Hey everyone!

Thanks for all the wonderful words of encouragement and the helpful advice.
I am feeling much better today. I'm still hungry but not ravenous. I have decided to up my daily calories to 1400 for a week to see if that helps with the hunger without adversely affecting the scale. Gonna take it one week at a time.
I'm so thankful for you wonderful ladies, y'all keep me going!

I suppose the most important thing is that you are happy with you!

I've had days like that, where I've just wanted to eat everything because I was so hungry, but I bumped my calories up and I feel a lot better and I'm still losing - not at the rate that I was, but I also don't feel like I could tear through a large pizza when I get off work either.

I hope you have a better week this week - hugs!

Glad to hear you upped your calories. Hopefully that will help. 1300 is low IMO, I know it works for some, but I could never eat that low. I try to keep around 1600-1700 and then I will exercise the rest of the deficit. I'm on a slow-losing track, but it works for me. I think I ate 1300 when I was 130 lbs and wanted to get to 125! And I remember feeling like I was starving then lol! Anyway, good luck with the new calorie level!

Glad you hear you're feeling better! You've done an amazing job thus far! I know my frame of mind makes it either easier or hard to keep chugging along.

Hi Mozzy,

I'm sorry I wasn't here this weekend to add to your support on those bad days (I was only keeping up on my phone).

I think upping your calories to 1400 is a great step towards dealing with your hunger. If you can't live with what you're doing it isn't going to work.

Thanks again everyone!
I had a good day today, so I'm hoping 1400 is the "new" magic number for me.
