Yes I have 4 kids, 15, 12, 10 and 5 (almost 6)!
They are wonderful and keep me very busy! They are all into sports.

Yesterday I had a great OP day. Ate midrange on my points but didn't get to exercise.

Today i have gone to curves and to the garden center and got mulch. Hopefully I will get lots of points working on the garden this afternoon. If only it would not rain!!

Hope you all have a good day!

Default Friday...

Ailee- Great news that you are OP- the scale will definitely move if you stay that way! Is your prospect back at university or where you are for the summer? New dates are so fun! (Not that I have had one in awhile!)
Bandit2-Let us know how weigh in goes-you are due for a good one! Good luck on your trip this weekend, I am sure it will be tons of fun!
SoccerMom- Wow, way to go with all that exercise! Do you like going to Curves? I am surprised you find time to do so much, with such a large family! Sometimes I think I would like 4 children, but it sounds so busy!!!
I had a good day yesterday, stayed in my points range and got exercise in the form of dragging 4 children (6,2,8months and 5months!) around the mall for 3 hours. Figure that counts for something!
Considered going over points last night, dh and I went with friends to local karaoke night. Stuck with diet pepsi instead, and had enough pts for a piece of pizza when I got home!
Now for the hard part....THE WEEEKEND...I am going to fight it off by trying the new veggy scramblers(boca) in a taco salad. Anyone else tried them?
What are everyone else's plans for the weekend?

Hi Ladies!

I hope that everyones weekends went well. Mine was ok. I stayed OP friday and Saturday, but Sunday was my downfall. I didnt go over too bad so I think that with my banked points from the last week I will be fine. I worked out for an hour 2 out of the 3 days. WI was Saturday and the scale didnt go down..BUT it didnt go up either, so thats some success and will do for the moment! My sister is coming in this weekend so I will be weighing in on Thursday..maybe it will go down for that WI. Hope ya'll have a wonderful, OP day!!

Hi everyone:

Niagara was great even though it rained Sat. So after dance, we went to outlet mall & shopped then bf & I went to Casino for awhile - didn't win anything (still lots of fun). Starting out doing good over weekend, but eventually got off track. But back on again today.

Last Thurs at w/i I was up .6#. Better than has been for awhile,
but I was hoping for a loss.

Anyway, hope everyone is doing well. Bye for now.

Don't worry, Judmom, we all have those days! Just get on top of things again!
I'm not going to be able to WI this week, I called someone else to work for me tonight at the meeting, due to a headache.
I tried the Boca Crumbles in a taco salad last night- wow are they ever good! I totally recommend them!
I need a long term challenge, anyone got any suggestions?

Good luck to all of you this week!

Tara~ If you want another goal like the memorial Day challenge, Independence Day is July 4th. Thats almost a month to the day.

I am going to WI tomorrow, So I will let everyone know how I have done this week despite the bad weekend. Every time we mess up just makes us stronger right? Or they say its supposed to at least. Mom has Mini Milkyways lying around the house and its one of my favorite candies. Those little boogers have been my downfall this week. Heres to an OP week and hopefully a few lost lbs eh? My goal is to lose 1 lb this week (sister is coming in so it will be hard) and 6 by July 4th. Have a good one ladies!

Hi everyone:

Had my w/i last night & was down 1.6# - better than has been for awhile.

Did my tape this morning & stayed within range yesterday.

Last night at supper I didn't feel like waiting for veggies to steam so I put them (cauliflower & zuccini) in a baggie with a sprinkle of water & microwaved them. Then put a little becel and parmasean cheese on them after they were cooked & turned out good.
Easy way for 1 person serving. This will come in handy when eating with bf - who is not big on his veggies.

Hope everyone has a great OP day.
