Plain Chobani Greek yogurt with blueberries or raspberries (2 points).

I also enjoy turkey bacon and you can have light English Muffins which are only 2 points or so.

i usually have2-3 boiled eggs and a peice of fruit. oh and toast. so 8-10 points.

nothing special.

i find it difficult to consume all of my daily points if i dont eat alot of them in the morning!
i dont understand how all of you guys can deal eating 3 points for breakfast!
id be skimping 15 points by the end of the day if i did that. ):

My favorite is yoplait 100 greek yogurt (2 pts) with 1/3 cup low-fat granola (3 pts) and berries (0 pts). with a banana on the side

i also sometimes like a wheat sandwich thin (3 pts) smeared with a little peanut butter (2 points worth) and a banana.

right now, I am finding 5 pt breakfasts as filling enough to get me to noon, but not too many points

I have seen those "thin" bagels and muffins made by Arnold and Nature's Own in my local grocery on the bread isle. I think they are about 3pts each at most for both sides. 3pts might be a little high if trying to conserve for the rest of the day just though i would throw those out there.

On good mornings (when I'm not rushing around getting ready for work), I love making myself an omelette or egg scramble with a side of tomato slices or whole wheat toast.

On bad mornings, I usually end up eating yogurt and fruit...but I find that on my "bad" mornings, if I eat less than 5pts I usually get hungry super early before lunch time.

I have 48 daily points right now so usually I will have a banana when I first wake up (0 pp) then after I'm ready to go one packet of cinnamon instant oatmeal (4 pp), one or two cups of 1% milk depending on thirst level (4-7pp) if I have one cup milk then I'll usually add in 2pp worth of butter to my oatmeal making my entire morning 10-11 pp

I typically have 2 hard boiled eggs (quick to grab), a cheese stick and a piece of fruit. I buy Frigo Cheese Heads Light string cheese which are 1P+ each and the eggs are 2P+ each so it's 5 points and usually keeps me satisfied until lunch time.
