Rina - speaking of stress...you know you are doing a wonderful thing for both your brother and your mother (indirectly) I hope it all works out in your best interest.

Well, running us ragged today at work. It's so crazy first week of classes. I have WI tonight so let's see what the sunday night fiasco does to the scale.

Here I am again posting right before bed. How does the day disappear like that? I was crazy busy today & hardly had to see my bro so that was good. He still managed to tick me off but not as major as the other night. I did good eating today. I used my few banked points for some chocolate milk-what a treat!! Did any of yu get that little booklet at your meeting with the recipes for 7 sweet treats in it? They are super yummy! If you didn't get them I can post them later if you want. All I got in for exercise today was housework (& work) but it was better than nothing.

Jen congrats! I'm so happy that everything turned out well. I love both of your girls names. Hope you are getting enough rest.

Belle, hope your trip is ok. My Grandma is exactly like that. Last time I was terrible b/c I stuffed food in my napkin then went to the washroom & flushed it down the toilet! It was easier than getting a huge lecture. Hope you are strong! When you go by Saskatchewan think of me!
