good morning! I finished cycle one a couple of days ago and feel good so far in cycle 2, I have lost almost 14 pounds since 1/1/13, but I know a lot of why I feel better is no more diet sodas! I do have an occasional unsweetened iced tea or half a cup of coffee a couple days a week, but I have cut out pretty much anything else artificial in my diet, all of the whole fresh foods are what is most appealing to me. I hope you all are doing as well too. I have a cruise in 2 weeks, so I feel like I'm going to do well until then for sure, but I am so afraid to get too far off track on my trip.
