I try and get back to my plan, I think over-cutting back can throw me right back into a bingey situation.

An old WW thing was it's just one meal, get back on track the next meal, so even if it's a few days, try and just get back on the next meal and the next one after that might not be so hard.

It's also there's a 12 step motto, they say one day at a time, but sometimes it's one hour at a time or one moment at a time, take care of yourself and just keep at it until you get back to your program.

After all, that's what maintenance is going to be, coming up with strategies to keep off the weight that you're naturally going to gain when you go to some event or over the holidays, or whatever, something's going to come up that's going to cause you to gain weight and somehow you're going to have to figure out how to get that off.
