After reading your post yesterday, I threw away the candy i was hiding in my desk and went for a walk. I have been OP since. I made a few "notes" to myself that i keep in my car (for when i want fast food), at my desk and at home. So far, so good. THANK YOU.

Getting to the basics of this diet. Staying On Plan with a purpose, because like JoesJotWife is saying...there is a purpose. That is why I find it so easy (most of the time) not to cheat on this diet. I know it is much better just to stay on plan, get this weight lost, and then the work of maintaining will begin. So, along the way I need to make sure I correct as many bad habits that I can work though...because this my LAST DIET. This is also way I threw away my scale, I know I am on a losing trend, so why do I need to weigh. I WILL have to weigh every day/week while I am maintaining so I will buy a new fancy scale then, when I need it.
