Adena,
I'm so glad that you started this thread. This is exactly what I have been looking for with food. I'm not currently doing BFL, but I wanted to know what everyone was eating. The plan I'm on right now is basically the same and I have been looking for ideas of meals with equal protein and carb mixes.

Default cottege cheese

I do the cottege cheese mixed with splenda and vanilla also. Sometimes I'll mix in a little bit of ricotta cheese.

And cottege cheese with Tabasco sauces is so good that I find myself looking forward to eating it.
