To get to 125lbs so I can start juicing, exercising, and eating coconut oil every day. Oddly, right now I refuse to do any of this because calories are at a premium and exercising makes me stall.
My goal is to be able to get on rides at theme parks without feeling as though I am too big. To be able to prove to myself and my kids that anything is possible. To be able to wear the type of clothes I really want to, not the kind of clothes that fit me. To be able to look in the mirror and be proud that I accomplished something by myself for myself.
I just want to be happy for the first time in 13 years with the way I look.
My overall goal is to get back down to 160 lbs. I was a size 6-10 depending on the brand, and looked HOT at that weight.
right now i'm around 235.
my first goal is 219.9. That's right, just barely under 220 COUNTS! then my goals are in 10 pound increments.
If when I get down to 160 I want to lose some more, I will, if I feel great before I get to 160 then I'll stop there. I just want to feel comfortable again. I miss having energy and not feeling all jiggly when I so much as walk.
I haven't been under 200 lbs since Highschool and that was around the time I was a size 12/14. I want to hit 200 and see where that takes me because I can't remember how small I'd be. Ultimately, if I'm not happy there, I'm looking at 160-170. So roughly I have 95-100 lbs to lose.
I want to be fit and healthy, so that I can have the confidence to do the things that I love, like playing with my nieces and nephews or taking my dogs for a run. Right now I feel like I miss out on a lot because I'm so self-conscious about my weight.
I want to get back to the weight I was when I finished university, only be more fit and healthy. I am also hoping that I'll be able to set a good example for my daughter (2 yrs), so that she can learn healthy habits from me and not have to struggle with her weight when she gets older.
Well weight wise I'm thinking between 140 and 150 I'm not sure anything less than that will be good for me but we'll see. I am so muscular my husband is jealous of my calves lol. But ultimately I want to live my life! I want to set a good example for my son and be the best mother I can for him. I want to go hiking and running with my husband and give him a run for his money.
I reached my goal weight, but I'd like to ultimately toned my muscles more - which will get me to my secondary goal weight - and lifeguard either this summer or next summer. Being able to swim for fun without panting heavily after my first lap is going to be awesome!
I want to get out of the 200's! Been like this since graduating from college and that was like million years ago hahaha. I have been in a yoyo weight but now looks like I'm doing pretty good and motivated. I go to the gym religiously since 2005 but I never went down 200 because of my eating habit. Last june 2012 I really decided to change my eating habit/lifestyle. From June 2011-Jan 2012 I lost 12 lbs but got stuck at the same weight from Jan-March. (Starting weight was 222 and as of last March was 210).
Joined WW last March and now I'm down to 200!
So my goal is to reach (hopefully) by end of this year my ideal weight which is 135!
My goal is to be back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 157! I started out at 219 and now weigh 196...it has taken 7 months to get here! I also would really love to tighten up my core and have no more jelly belly I am tired of being fat and just want to be a healthy weight...not skinny just fit!
