well thanks.....now that everyone is saying it, it seems big

Hope it happens more than once

while not seeing the lower pounds on the scales, the exercise it helping so much with not being exhausted and feeling better really.

Excellent job panshrmu, remember given that most peoples' butts are firmly in chairs Facebooking or on couches with the t.v. on, this is a great accomplishment to get up and move at all - and look at you, you did it quickly! Great job, pat on back!!
