Yesterday:

25 min spin class (I got there late)
20 min swimming laps

Today:

1-hr spin class
1-hr yoga class

It's been a while since I've done the two-classes-in-a-row thing, since I tend to leave it all on the floor in the first hour. This was tough.

Yesterday - Glorious Nothing

Today - 90-min run with SuperCorgi. This time we avoided the roving coyote packs.

Yesterday - I did several workouts from Netflix and I'm really feeling it today. I mixed & matched some 10 min pilates & cardio videos, prob an hour or so total. I didn't think these videos would work..but I'm so sore (in a good way!).

Saturday: glorious nothing
Sunday: 40-min high-incline hike with SuperCorgi. Then a 20-min run with SuperCorgi. Then a 15-min bath for SuperCorgi after he splashed in the water trough and then dug a hole at the dog park.
Monday: Chores. Lots of chores.
Today: Spin class, though a nap would've been preferable

Elliptical for 13 songs (Approx 40 minutes) and then an ab workout. Not much but most of the "you didnt workout today" guilt is gone

I did 30 minutes of intense weight training and 30 minutes of more moderate weight training/floor exercises. I am going to be SOOOORE tonight....

Sharmsluv, 40 minutes is great! Most skinny salad-eating chicks can barely manage 30 minutes on low resistance.

I am doing "Insanity", a high intensity at home workout program on DVD. Today will be the last day of week 4, I start recovery week on Sunday, which is just a different workout, then I start a new month of harder workouts the following week. It's really hard, but I can *feel* the changes in my body esp. in my core and my hip flexors. I also don't have the option of not doing my workouts because I am in a Facebook accountability group where we talk about our workouts and encourage each other. Knowing I would have to say, "I felt lazy and tired so I didn't do my workout" keeps me on program.

aw, meltaway, don't do sad face..do a happy face when you do at least a little something

dody, walking for an hour every day is awesome! and I loooove Southern accents, i love listening to my KY and Ohio friends talk (even though the Ohio peeps say they don't have an accent, lol)

NyxWriter, sorry I haven't kept up with this thread! I have worked out 5 to 6 times a week every week. I have a new dvd I love, another Anni Mairs dvd, Cardio Force. She ... is ... fierce!!

EagleRiverDee, is that Insanity dvd collection expensive? (guess I could google it myself and check )

well I think it's great for anyone suffering from depression to keep on trying to move!!
