Considering what you have been through, I think you have shown great restraint. if it was me, i know I would have allowed myself to fall off the wagon. I wish your coach was more supportive....if I was your coach, I would have given you a big hug not a warning! You should be proud...we are proud of you!

I am so sorry to hear this, maybe your coach has never had to deal with these kind of tragedies and has no idea how to react. I agree with manton 1lb is a victory and you should be proud of yourself. I know we're all proud of you. Don't let her comment bother you, you know you can do this and you will. I'm giving you a virtual hug right now as I'm sure you could use one.
