thank you, i walk at 5 mph 10 minutes and run 3 minutes at 8 mph and then walk for 2 minutes at 3.5, i repeat this until i made 5 miles, usually last 58 minutes.

i can see my clothes a little bit loose but not weight loss.... i decide to make my weight in every 2 weeks. thanx everybody!!!!

Holy cow. You are only 4" taller than me and I can't "walk" at more than about 4.0 mph because at that point I would need to start jogging. And I don't think I have yet tried 8mph running LOL. Keep it up!

For me, there are weeks when I think I didn't eat that well and didn't exercise enough and I step on the scale Friday morning and I lost more than I thought I would. And then there are others when I thought I would lost a lb or two and ended up gaining some. It will all come together - just keep at it!
