Also, of course this is a business and they want to maximize profits, but that also means maximizing results. They need great results from all of their participants in order to sell the program to new customers. In the end, it's a win-win for everyone because they get more business, and we get skinnier and healthier!

i completely agree with this! its really hard for me to go back to being completely on que and im struggling with that right now as we speak. ill do really well for a day or 2, then 1 bite throws me off. now i do lose weight whether i cheat or not but i still dont feel good about it when i do because i know i could probably loose more if i didnt. so i would say try your hardest not too, not because you cant lose weight but just because its a gateway to disaster!
