i completely agree with this! its really hard for me to go back to being completely on que and im struggling with that right now as we speak. ill do really well for a day or 2, then 1 bite throws me off. now i do lose weight whether i cheat or not but i still dont feel good about it when i do because i know i could probably loose more if i didnt. so i would say try your hardest not too, not because you cant lose weight but just because its a gateway to disaster!Originally Posted by jennylauren19
Personally, I think the reason this is a no cheat diet is because of self-control, or lack thereof. I know that the problem for me is if I have one bite of something, then I'll have one more bite, then just one more, and before I know it, I've eaten the whole cake! It starts out as once a week, then every other day, then pretty soon I'm eating sweets every day.
