Eating healthy is a lifestyle for me and I've been consistent with eating healthy foods for close to twenty years. It's just second nature. However, the active losing weight part of my life involves closer tracking of calories, more exercise, and less alcohol.
If I had a cheat "meal" it would be cocktails with friends. There is no food that I particularly miss because I've never been a fan of junk foods, but I certainly love to go out for cocktails!
Other than a planned and moderate splurge, I'm really not able to "cheat" because I'd just be cheating myself.
