Counting carbs is what works for me. Once I move and get situated I plan on joining curves and another gym. (sometimes curves doesn't give me the impact I need)

I have to figure something out because I work for myself, I am always on the computer so I have to figure out a way to get some exercise sporadically throughout my work day when I cannot really get away.

I think a lot of us can relate to how you feel. When you're looking at a long haul and your self esteem is almost non-existent, you automatically think it can't be done. As the weight comes off, your confidence levels soar. The idea of being at the bottom of a mountain is a beauty. Think of the views when you reach the top and the sight seeing along the way. It will be worth it.

Best of luck with everything. Successes shared help motivate us to new personal bests. Shift that next 10lb or the last 10lb.

I, too, have a long way to go but with the support of friends, family and 3FCs I will achieve. I also have the added incentive of having a wonderful cheer squad of one, who is currently overseas. He comes home at the end of May and I hope he sees a whole lot less of me and is impressed with what he sees ... maybe that's not the way I want to phrase but you know what I mean. As he says, "work hard, live harder!"

You can do this!!!

SO 9 days ago I weighed in at 360 and I weighed in today at 350.5. I realize I had my shoes on the first time and I had them off this time, I weighed the shoes and they are less then 2 pounds........... I am giving myself credit for 7 pounds and one extra just hangin out Goo me lol

I feel ya totally. I started at 320. I am down to 301. Unfort I have stalled LOL My first mini goal is to get under 300. I am struggling to meet that goal but I will get there! HUGGSS and welcome!

yea my first mini is to get under 3 too since these 60 pounds crept up on me lol.
