veggiegirl if you're a bb coach why would you come to 3fc? Don't they have all the drinks and vitamins and workouts to get your butt in gear?

Well, I need help with portion control...not sure what vitamins can do for that. Eating is 80% of it IMO. I got the working out down pat.

As for BB- coaches can't post on the forum about being a coach or not.

BTW- I think it is rude that you don't think I should come to 3fc (or what ever you were passive-aggressively implying with your post). You do realize 3fc has workout, whole foods, vegetarian sections, etc.

yup I do. I just thought it strange. I thought you all had it all together. I wasn't passive agressive about anything that i know if. I just asked a question

so how do you coach people? giving them encouragment? suggesting one program over another?

Do you say CLX is the step before P90x if a person is unable to do it yet?

OK, well I apologize then It is difficult to understand one's tone over the internet.

Yes, coaches are supposed encourage, motivate, etc.

CLX is a good step before P90X. It does have shorter workouts, no chin ups and is suited for all levels of fitness. Have you checked out youtube videos of each one? That may give you an idea of what they each look like.

Yes. And. No way want to ever wor that hard. I believe you can get fit, healthy without so much pressure.

Look at yogis, they do yoga and are fit, same with pilates, gentle but useful, even walking.

My husband bought the p90x and he could not pass the test.

Someone suggested CLX was notas extreme. I had P90 and could not do it. Must have sent it back.

Hated the half hour ones and then gave up.

Lotnof people are getting good results with Slim in 6.

Everyones on the lookout for MC2 also.

Thanks for the apology. I was just asking a person that I thought was like the girls in the commercials lol

haha noooo...there are BB coaches at all stages in their journey. You don't have to look like Shaun T or Chalene (I certainly don't LOL).

My husband is doing P90X and has been able to keep up but he is in the Army so is already physically fit. I did Slim in 6 and lost several inches. Debbie loves her lunges and squats lol. I have a short attention span so I only did it 4 weeks and then I moved on to Turbo Jam which I absolutely love.

I don't like sets that are excessivly heavy in one move, like you said lunges and squats. Squats maybe be good but they can be bad on the knees..

thanks.

I told my hubby he should try for Navy Physic. But that was over 20 years ago. lol before I met him.

It's here. Didn't have to wait until the end of the month. Yea. Now to read. I'll need this since I won't be going to meetings any more.
