You will really like your treadmill sher!! I have one that I keep in our bathroom, reminds me everytime that I go in there.....

Carol: TWO WHOLE DAYS OP!!!!!!!!!! SHOUT IT GIRL!!!!!!!!!

Ramona: You really had fun sorting through all of the cute images this past posting! I like the little drill sargeant guy!

For those of you that are interested in our "micro brewery" going on here.... we have to let it ferment for a few more weeks, then bottle it, then wait a few more weeks for it to age. So, in about 4-5 weeks we should have something that resembles beer. My husband has "beer on the brain" every time I turn around he is staring at the container watching the bubbles come up into the air valve!!!!

I have been made chairman of our booth committee with the civic club that I am a member, for an upcoming home & leisure show like event, I need any suggestions of what might draw people to our booth. Please, any ideas are welcome!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!
As far as my committee that meets, I am going to use the motto "lets kick it up a notch!" This is my first year doing such a thing, and I want to try doing something a bit different then what has happened in the past... not to complain about the past, it has always successful, it's just that most of the members are not welcome to very much change.

Well, I'm off to get something done!! HAVE A FANTASTIC OP DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gayle

Carol way to go. You did it. I am so proud of you. You can keep doing it I know. You inspired me last week and I have been on program for most of the week.

Ramona thank you for the kind words. Merry christmas......I will pray for the merriest one yet.

Sherry thanks for the hug. I sure could use them about right now. A treadmill alright! I will be watching you. Did you know that you can get audio books and listen to them when you walk.

Gayle way to go chairman of 2 commitites. Impressive girl.

I just wanted to let you know that mom is having more problems again. She developed a blood clot in her leg yesterday. she went to the hospital. Not much they can do but put a tensor bandaid on her from her hip to toe.She is also taking asprin to thin her blood, which the day before the dr said not to take any. I guess circumstances change. Well that is not the secret I wanted to share. I will post that later today. I have to head off on my walk.

Dee, I hope you mom gets along ok... keep us posted!!!! My mother suffers from varicose veins and her legs have been aching like crazy... the doctor suggested aspirin every day to keep her blood thinned. She is worried that she might be developing a blood clot. I know as far as my mother, everytime she see's the doctor, she ends up on more meds. Can make it very tight for an elderly person living on a limited income. I am praying extra hard today for your mom!!!!

BTW: Please do not be impressed by my chairing a committee, it is more that I am a "sucker"!!!! I have a hard time saying no and thay all know this!!!!

Update on mom: she woke up this morning and the infection on her arm seemed to be worse. She will probably go to hospital today. Her sister that is there is worried that it might be another blod clot.
Will post more later.

CALIFORNIA GIRLS......CALIFORNIA GIRLS.......THAT'S WHERE I AM GONNA GO

Larry and I are leaving friday at 7:00 am. It is our 22 anniversary on friday, november 8. Larry said that it is very romatic there. He has been twice this year and said I would love it. He picked a hotel right on the beach. There is a boardwalk for about 2 miles in front of the hotel. He is the king of romance.
I will be a princess til monday night.
I guess that I don't have to pack my ear muffs with my bikini!

Hello Floozies!

Dee: Have a wonderful time on your trip to California. Happy 22nd anniversary to you and Larry! My hubby wants to take me to Victoria, Canada for our 25th. That's a little over a year away so we'll see what happens. I will keep your mom in my prayers tonight at Bible study.

Sherry: congrats on the treadmill. I bet you will really enjoy using it this winter. I don't won't to get any reports of clothes hanging on it!!!!!

Carol: Keep up the good work. You can do it!

Gayle: We'll have to call you superwoman with all the volunteer work you do. You are one busy woman!!!

Oops, got a customer......more later......

I still haven't gotten back 100%. but I'm trying. But 85% is better than ZERO I guess.

Sherry..... A threadmill!!!! You must have been a good girl for a early Christmas present. Looking forward to working with you too Sunday...Go Titans!!!

Carol.... WTG on staying OP for 2 days. That's what it's all about, making mini goals for ourselves. Please keep posting and let us know how things are going with you.

Shelley... I'm so glad you posted, we have been worried about you. Please stay in touch with us, we love ya.

Jennelle.... How's things going with the Bowflex? Start with little goals , like 5 minutes a day and build up. You can do it!!!!
