  • Well everyone I am going to continue to focus myself.
    would like to w/o 4 times this week.
    4 quarts of water
    OP food !

    Any one can jump in.
    post goals, keep track of food water w/o's
    give and get support!
  • Well, I am working out 5 times this week....workouts will include the following....

    Cardio 5 times this week
    strength training 3 times this week
    flexibility/ stretching 5 times this week (Yoga workout will be one of these)

    Got to get on the water! I am shooting for 100 ounces a day.

    Food...eat smart...make good choices...stay away from sugar, and carbs!

    Mon.
    4 quarts of water
    b-nonfat yogurt 2/3 c kashi go lean
    l homemade turkey veg soup
    s apple
    d turkey fingers, corn salad
    30 min w/o
  • Hi
    tues went well
    b-2 eggs w/ cheese
    l-salad and turkey finger
    s-apple and diet jello
    d-pork, vegs
    4 quarts of water

    40 min w/o
  • Weds was an awesome day! well exercise wise

    1 hr +10 min w/o w/ 45 mins on the treadmill

    b- yogurt and kashi
    l arby's chicken ceasar sand
    d 10 wings
    Oh And Dunkiin donuts vanilla chai. Which was not OP but let me tell you how good it was.
