Well, I am working out 5 times this week....workouts will include the following....
Cardio 5 times this week
strength training 3 times this week
flexibility/ stretching 5 times this week (Yoga workout will be one of these)
Got to get on the water! I am shooting for 100 ounces a day.
Food...eat smart...make good choices...stay away from sugar, and carbs!

l-salad and turkey finger
s-apple and diet jello
d-pork, vegs
4 quarts of water
40 min w/o
Weds was an awesome day! well exercise wise
1 hr +10 min w/o w/ 45 mins on the treadmill
b- yogurt and kashi
l arby's chicken ceasar sand
d 10 wings
Oh And Dunkiin donuts vanilla chai. Which was not OP but let me tell you how good it was.
