Hi Team how are things going I'm a little late posting today and didn't get back on last night sorry about that.

gardenerjoy - ONEDERLAND..........WOOHOO: celebrate:

Cape Breton Chick - whatever you are doing seems to be working very well, I think I need to up my cardio as that is the best thing for busting the fat.

babygrant - Wow meals and exercise planned for the week....good job. I hope you had fun at the water park

OrganizedChaos - Please don't beat yourself up.....you have accomplished a great deal on your journey......101lbs down I know it's tough when the losses slow down but don't worry the weight will still come off. Another way to look at it is heck I would be elated to lose 6lbs a month that's 72lbs a year. Enjoy your orientation at the Y and your Zumba class

JessicDawn - glad your back down here's to a great week ahead

me4life - I hope you get to take a Zumba class soon

dayoneagain - you need to take a second to breathe (sp) I hope you have a little more time for yourself this week

Avezy44 - How I wish the weight would fall off of me....lol Congratulations on the loss.

Well better get my butt in gear have to leave for work in 10min. Have a great day everyone

Hello to the rest of the Blue Team

Hey ladies! I hope you all are having a good week!

I am trying to eat really clean this week as beginning Friday I will be on vacation at our lake camp for 6 days. My goal is to stay at maintenance calories...which means I can enjoy some traditional dinners and my evening wine while watching the sunset. I will weigh in on Thursday before I go! I have a loss already for this week as of this morning, hoping for a little more by Thursday.

Hi everyone! Sorry I haven't posted this last week, and I missed the weigh-in. My three children have been sick, so I've been busy taking care of them. They seem to be feeling better now, so I'll be able to get back on track.

Good Afternoon Bluesers! Wow, I can hardly believe that tomorrow is July 1st. This year has gone by so fast, which is why I am so thrilled I started this journey last October. If I hadn't done that, I would still be sitting on my duff probably weighing even more.

Last night's Zumba class was awesome. If you have a class nearby, you should try it. It definitely gets the blood pumping and it's fun too!

Not much planned here for July 4th weekend. I do have next Monday and Tuesday off though, so I look forward to that at least.

Hope everyone is having a great day!

I am getting very frustrated. Finding it hard to live my life and also stay committed to my goals. I just have so much going on that losing weight doesn't feel that important most of the time. But SOME of the time it feels like the most important thing ever. I have been good this week so far - did the gym yesterday evening and am going first thing in the morning tomorrow... I just feel a bit like this is never going to lead anywhere - like I'm always going to be 190something.

I just cannot comprehend how some people are SO TINY. And I see what they consume and how little exercise they do... and I cannot understand it.

I am sticking with this and carrying on. I think I just want too much too soon.

Day 1: Good luck on sticking with your plan. When exercise doesn't give me the results I want, it still helps to put me in a good mood--or rather keeps me out of the bad mood I'm in when I haven't exercised in a while. Here's hoping it at least has the same effect for you.

In other news, I just noticed how much cycling has worked out my biceps. I guess it all depends on the riding style, but I've been using this new bike for about two months and my biceps are getting impressive! Pretty surprising and pleasing development over here in paprland.

Hi Blue Team how was everyones day. I am done work and have the next 2 days off.....YEA!!!!!!

OrganizedChaos - Im glad you liked your zumba class I have only tried 1 so far and it was pretty fun and worked up quite a sweat doing it.

dayoneagain - Just know that you are not alone in that feeling, I get like that more often than I should. It seems hard when you stay the same and it doesn't feel like you are making progress. The thing I try to tell myself is that at least I am maintaining and not gaining. Granted it doesn't always work but I still tell myself that. We have some very small people at work and when I watch them eat what they do I put on about 5lbs just from seeing it. We have on lady that eats some sort of icecream and or chips everyday and she is so small it just doesn't seem fair sometimes. Just remember you are never alone in this and feeling like is it all worth it has crossed all of our minds at one point or another........IT IS WORTH IT AND YOU ARE WORTH IT.....Hang in there we are here whenever you need us
P.S. I too want it all.....and now

ricepapr - What sort of bike do you have that you are getting such great biceps.....and what are the different riding styles????? I haven't been on a bike in about 10+ years...lol

grneyegrl - swimsuits scare me Have fun at swimming

me4life - awesome job on the weight loss. I need something to kick start me again. I have stayed here to long......but also to cheap to join a gym. I'm glad you like your group and I think it's nice that it's small as you will get to know everyone a little better.

Hello to the rest of the Blue Team......Where is everybody????

Happy Canada Day to all my fellow Canadians......I hope you have something fun to do for tomorrows festivities.
