Hello to the rest of the Blue Team......Where is everybody????
WORKING AND PAINTING2 bedrooms left and the outside and inside are completely done

How is everyone? I am sorry that I haven't been around, only so many hours in the day for me.I want to congratulate the Blue team for winning this week, well done.

It has been difficult for me to keep up my exercising and dieting while I am working so much.Being overtired really reduces my willpower. You would think that by working 40+ hours and painting and doing regular chores on my day off I would have dropped a few,but.................I eat and drink more. So,I am looking forward to finishing up with the house in a couple of weeks and getting my life back on track. One thing that I do know, if it wasn't for this site, I probably would be up 5 pounds if I didn't have to "weigh" in.

Hello everyone, looks like I didn't miss to much on here. I was out most of the day yesterday and when I came home I exersised and watched movies. Didn't get on the computer. Sorry about that.

gardenerjoy - it depends what you do for a living....anyone in retail still has to work but the banks, etc. are all closed on the stat holidays.

Mercy03 - good to hear from you, sounds like you are very busy. Make sure you take a litte "me" time in there. It's funny how the site and the challange keep us a little more grounded.....but it is nice to have that accountability.

Hello to the rest of the team.

Well yesterday I really wanted to go to a parade.....so very, very, very last minute my mom and I hopped in the car drove an hour and a half to where I grew up and saw that last half of the parade in Drumheller. I saw my SIL and her mom there and ran into some people that I haven't seen in about 15 years. Then went searching for a friend of mine to make plans to go back for a weekend and catch up again. Then went for a drive past our old house and back home again.

In the one place they were cooking hamburgers and hotdogs with the smell of onions......soooooooo goood........but resisted and ate my apple in the car.

When I got home I was ready for a nap but got changed and went out and
did Week 1 Day 1 of the C25K.....it felt awesome!!!!! then went downstaris and did the 30DS this morning my stomach looks flatter but decided best not to step on the scale and burst my bubble I am in right now....lol

Have a great day everyone.

Good Afternoon Bluesers! I had a great morning today. I stepped on the scale and saw 248.8. Not sure what it will look like on Sunday for weigh-in but for today I am thrilled. It was such a slow loss in June and to see this really lifted my spirts and renewed my motivation. The thing that is so strange to me, is I am not doing anything differently, I am still eating the same and I am still doing my daily workouts. I drink anywhere from 60-80 ounces of water a day. What I did notice though, is the last 2 weeks of June, even though I was drinking water like normal, I was not visiting the bathroom as much as before. I kept wondering where the water was going. This week has been a different story. I have been back and forth to the bathroom for a potty break almost every half hour. So I think I was retaining water and it is finally being released.

I don't have a lot of time, just popping in quick while I am at work. Hope everyone enjoys their weekend, and for those of us here in the States, I hope everyone has a great 4th of July weekend. I am looking forward to a long 4 day weekend myself.

Good morning, Blue Team!

I got in a long last chance workout yesterday. Walked over an hour and a half because it just seemed like the best thing to do while my car was in the shop. But, I still wanted to do my new Wii game (Walk it Out!) and a little bit in Wii Fit. I ended up with over three hours of exercise! Almost like being on the Biggest Loser ranch!

I got to report a 3.5 pound loss which is probably the biggest one week loss I've ever had. And, it's my first weight posting in Onederland! I'm so happy!

Morning just getting ready to go to work was out all day yesterday trying to find a pair of work shoes.....you wouldn't believe how hard that is for me to do. I finally ended up with a mens pair as the ladies work type ones were very hard to find. Oh well lots of mall walking in.

OrganizedChaos - Congrats on the loss that's awesome!!

Hi everyone

Well what a week it's been in my home. We finally all got over the flu and then we ended up with food poisoning on Thursday. Luckily, it only last the night. I am beat though! I weighed myself this morning and I am still at 200 lbs. I am thankful that I have just maintained, but considering I've barely been eating, I thought I would have lost something.

me4life - I hope everything went well with the court.

Kristi - Glad you are enjoying the Zumba classes. Congratulations on your loss for the week!

dayoneagain - I can relate to everything you wrote. It sucks, but I guess all we can do is keep going.

Wow, you've been busy Mercy!

Bigmid - Sounds like you had a good July 1st. Good for you for resisting the hamburgers, and for doing your workout. That's awesome!

gardenerjoy - Congratulations on being in Onederland!!

Have a great day everyone!

Hi Blue Team,

Had kinda a blah week, but a least I showed a 1/2lb loss. Kinda disappointing since I worked out a lot this week, but hopefully it'll pay off in next weeks weigh-in.

And Happy 4th of July to all the Americans. Hope everyone has a great day!

I just want to apologize for yet another weight gain again. I'm really feeling defeated right about now. I'm not giving up. I am trying despite the #'s going up. I feel that owe the team an explaination. So here if goes I twisted my left ankle, messed up my right knee, remessed up my right knee, and had quite alot of stress in my life lately. My main forms of excersice cause my knee pain. Afterwards, it locks up and causes more pain thur out the rest of the day. One of which included removing Lucy (our pet boa) off my daughters thumb, which took five mins. She's doing great.(DR and urgent care would answer questions or see her referred her to the ER.) She's only 12 and is on a strong antibotic of 2000mg per day. Her thumb has healed up nicely thought. It's just been one thing after another here. I've got to call and get a drs appointment schedule for my thyriod. But, again I'm sorry for yet another gain.

Don't let this get you down. Each day is a new day, in fact every bite is a new bite towards what you want your life to be. I have so been where you are, and it will get better, hard to see that now I know, but it will. We are here to help you dust yourself off. Hope you can get back on track this coming week!

Happy Independence day to all my fellow Americans. Today is a day to have some fun and relax with friends. I hope you all have a great day.

I am happy to say my loss continued and I saw 247.0 this morning, for a weekly loss of 4.8. I can't believe it, but I know for sure it was the water now. I have to watch my sodium intake and keep from retaining so much water. I am off now to my BBQ and to spend some family time with loved ones. See everyone next week.

Happy July 4th to all the Americans on here!!!!!! Have fun celebrating.

Well I had a loss this week but nothing close to what my goal was for the week

gardenerjoy - Woohoo on the exercise and the 3.5lbs that's awesome congrats on your first post in onderland

me4life - how was the cherry festival?

Narnia99 - good job on maintaining.....sounds like you had quite the week

grneyegrl - normal is good

NancyO - good job on the loss.....I too thought the exercise would help more....hey do you want to go to the zoo today?

hsmomx2 - Don't beat yourself up at least you are trying and not giving up. don't feel bad about the gain.....we have all done it and I feel it is just par for the course. Maybe try some arm exercises you can still get your heartrate up for cardio with that and it will give your knee and ankle time to rest. When I got really bad heel spurs I just did arms and still lost.....Glad your daughter is okay.

OrganizedChaos - Wow that is a great loss for the week....I wish I could even do half of that in a week. great job.

Well off to find something to do today.....to nice to stay inside. Have a great day everyone.

Don't forget to weigh in by 10AST

Hello Blue Team!

My appologies for being MIA during this challenge. I've had a hard time getting started for reasons I don't know. I'm really trying to get on plan and stay on plan, but I just keep falling off. I had debated quitting the challenge, but I am not going to. I won't give up on myself. Today has been a great day so far. I've started the Flat Belly Diet because of all of the healthy fats in it. I'm hoping those good fats will help lift my spirits. But I'm here....I showed a 3 lb loss this week, and I'm confident I will lose again this week. I promise to post at least once a day from now on.
