Fat Pants - Glad to have you!
...my INOs flew out the window yesterday. Uhg. I don't know what's wrong with me. I want to stay on plan sooo much. I know I feel so much better when I do. And then I don't. I just don't understand myself sometimes....
*sigh* I guess the point is to keep trying though?
Today's INOs,
INO: to keep ignoring my INOs, darnit!
INO: to use excuses not to workout. I KNOW that even half an hour of pacing around my room is SOMETHING and is better than eating more chocolate.
INO: to go over my calories. Being a little hungry won't hurt me, if I've reached my limit I should stop. And if I really am hungry then steamed broccoli would suffice, I don't need chips!
