    ...my INOs flew out the window yesterday. Uhg. I don't know what's wrong with me. I want to stay on plan sooo much. I know I feel so much better when I do. And then I don't. I just don't understand myself sometimes....

    *sigh* I guess the point is to keep trying though?

    Today's INOs,

    INO: to keep ignoring my INOs, darnit!
    INO: to use excuses not to workout. I KNOW that even half an hour of pacing around my room is SOMETHING and is better than eating more chocolate.
    INO: to go over my calories. Being a little hungry won't hurt me, if I've reached my limit I should stop. And if I really am hungry then steamed broccoli would suffice, I don't need chips!

    My INOs for today:
    INO: to skip running OR push up this afternoon
    INO: to not stop at the pharmacy and get my prescription today
    INO: to eat poorly at dinner. If the guys are going to barbecue, I must stay at home.
  • Olivia, you can do it! Progress, not perfection! (We seem to have some "P" mottoes! )

    My INOs for today:

    INO: to skip my HIIT session on the treadmill
    INO: to snack after dinner
  • I did complete my HIIT session last night. I don't feel I really "snacked" after dinner, but I did have two pieces of Easter candy.

    Today's INOs:

    INO: to let the snow talk me out of going to conditioning class
    INO: to snack before/after dinner

    INO: to go over my calorie goal.
    INO: not to drink all my water.

    INO: to not workout at least 4 days this week.
    INO: to not drink 8 glasses of water a day.
    INO: to sabotage all my good work before I meet my goal weight.
  • Eeeeps! Things got really hectic and I've been ignoring my diet and the challenge.

    If I don't push myself back on track though, nothing will.
