I have made a new years resolution to get this weight off in the past and now...
I have started this summer to get myself back healthier but now with the New year coming up I have thought of all my goals that I would like to achieve. So yes, I do use New Years to make goals, especially now with weight loss and a healthier lifestyle.
I like the beginning of anything! A new year is a good time to try something new. A new month is a good time to tweak my plan. A new week is a good time to firm up my plan. A new day is a chance to do better than yesterday.
My goodness that sounds Pollyanna-ish ... Maybe I'm just looking for excuses to make each day a new something
