Obviously you ladies aren't waiting for New Years to make a resolution to lose weight (since you're already posting here and working on that weight loss) but I'm wondering, does New Years have any significance to you and your goals and making resolutions and that type of thing or is it just another day to you?
Have you made any New Years resolutions? Is the January 1st date significant to any of your milestones?
I was going to make a new years resolution (something I've never done ever!) about getting healthy and losing this weight and then I got so frustrated with myself and my body over the weekend and I thought to myself "what the heck are you waiting for new years for? DO IT NOW!" So I've started today! So while today is my official start I will be considering the start of this new year the beginning of a new me!

I don't usually make new year's resolutions, but this year I've made a resolution to stop saying negative things about myself. So while it's not really weight loss or fitness related, it is about getting my MIND healthier.
