Well, I've done 8 miles this month: 2 miles scheduled for this PM -- slept through the AM 2 mile Tromp.

Am using the google pedometer thingie over at gmap-pedometer dot com -- it's a fabulous app: lets you track how far you've walked. I'm in Atlanta; my goal is my parents' place in Carbondale, CO. So far I've made it to Acworth.

Honestly...with the craziness I've been through I haven't had time. But I do have a plan for the new year! Starting Jan 2nd I will be hitting the gym at least 4 times a week. My goal is to go 6 days a week.
When the time change happens I will be able to hit the trails again & I am hoping to be able to do 5 miles per day (usually going 3 days a week) and then hitting the gym the other days. The trail is good for my boys (dogs).
