I did not get a chance to post this morning, thought I would stop in now to say Hi and Bye
We will be leaving Friday for a camping adventure with some friends at Lake Michigan. The boys are so wound up and excited! They have already forgot all the dear fly bites we experiended last year, hopefully it will be better this year. I will be back Wednesday.
I am just a tad bit jealous as I am trying to boil water over a campfire to make instant coffee, yuck! While many of you gals will be partying in Hotlanta. I really wish I were joining you.

I've been busy trying to get it all together around here. I have been busier than I've been in a long, long time and it actually feels really, really good. I am still working on the efficiency thing, but it'll come.
jennie... my heart just melted looking at that adorable one. now, if only she and miree could get together, i'll bet there'd be no peace for anyone!!!

Talk about waiting until the last minute! I just got done packing me and dd, now tomorrow morning is dedicated to mama. She is going to have a blast at sis's, but not half as much fun as I'm gonna have in GA! Ya'll take care and hope to talk to you soon!
Thanks for your thoughts, prayers and bags o' wind! Unfortunately, it is getting worse here. A slurry bomber crashed a little while ago, killing two people and starting another fire. Now the highway is shut down and there will be no more planes until the NTSB does an investigation. It's scary because it's too steep to do much firefighting on foot so the planes are the only real way to fight the fire. My daughter and I were at a softball clinic this evening and the high school is set up with all kinds of forest service workers, firefighters and law enforcement people. When we heard all the sirens going after the plane crashed, we knew something horrible had happened. It helps to talk to you guys about it because I need to vent and I have to be careful about scaring my 12 year old daughter. She's pretty afraid, so I'm trying to be reassuring.
If I get too skeered here, I'm coming to Atlanta with y'all (see I'm practicing!).
