I am in awe of all your willpower and wonderous efforts this week - give yourselves a big pat on the back. I am starting over tomorrow - now Ray is back to manual work he has lost a lot of weight in a week - not that there was too much of him to start off. I need to get my finger out cos if he can do it so can I.

Don't want him waking up one morning when he's all toned and even more gorgorous looking and thinking I'm a lump of lard - sorry for the down thought but I am allowing myself one a day and thats it for today.

Watch this space for a glowing report tomorrow

Am sticking to it loosely - I know that doesn't make any sense but I am eating 3 meals a day with one snack. Have cut back on the booze too - had some cider last night - am going for the little and often approach - am determind to have a good day - may be difficult though.

It is a friends daughters birthday and we are all off to the pictures to see Scooby Doo. Taking diet juice with me so that parts easy, in theory anyway. But after that we are taking the kids to McDonalds - not so easy.

Think the best plan for me today is to eat healthy around the McDs and just enjoy it when I'm there, but also to make sure I don't have a large or supersize meal - if my willpower stays high I might manage with a chicken nugget happy meal - don't want to be quoted on that though
