Ok - so, I started WW at home last Monday and yesterday was my first "weigh-in" and I was down 6 pounds! Yay!

I am so excited!
I know that the first couple of weeks are a quicker loss and it will slow down, but I really needed a good loss to get me motivated. I had the hardest time just getting started!!
I was really good at keeping everything in my journal and I think that really helped. And I am so glad that I found this group to share things with! Thanks for being here!
