  • Ok - so, I started WW at home last Monday and yesterday was my first "weigh-in" and I was down 6 pounds! Yay! I am so excited!

    I know that the first couple of weeks are a quicker loss and it will slow down, but I really needed a good loss to get me motivated. I had the hardest time just getting started!!

    I was really good at keeping everything in my journal and I think that really helped. And I am so glad that I found this group to share things with! Thanks for being here!

  • Week 2, down 1.5lb.

    But I was down 1lb last Sunday, so that means M-F I lost only .5. Oh well.

    I was hoping the early stages/fast loss would last a little bit longer.

    Is it possible to gain a measurable amount of muscle weight in one week?

  • I'm up 2 lbs. Oh well... today's a new day.... I'm back on my plan and will lose those 2lbs and then some this week ... and if not i'll just try not to gain again.
