I found a recipe for spiced sugar cookies that has cinnamon, allspice, cloves and vanilla in it that is amazing! We made them at Christmas but iced them instead of putting sugar in them and they turned out great.

The cookie bowl sounds awesome.
I really pushed myself on working out yesterday. I even played racquet ball for almost 45 minutes. So paid off. I finally dropped weight! I went from 142.6 to 140.7! after a month of the scale not moving. yay!

Wowee wow - my scale says *133.8* this morning! I'm super excited; this marks the last 5-pound mini-goal before actual GOAL goal. At the same time, I'm almost not sure I should move my ticker, as I know I'll have a little rebounding this Easter weekend. But you know what, I'll take it - even if I rebound a bit, having seen this weight once means that I WILL see it again!

Well, I've let go these last few days and I was back to 136 this morning ((

I was disappointed as I didn't think I'd gone mad, but I haven't been logging my food - BIG mistake!!

Hey Robsia, when you were maintaining for those months, how much of a "window" did you give yourself? Now that I am almost at maintenance, I'm wondering - my goal is 130; once I hit it, at how much above that should I consider myself "off track" & needing to go back to losing?

I gave myself a window of 5 lbs.

So when I hit 140, my actual window was 135-140 - I never wanted to get above 140 and I actually wanted to lose a bit more anyway if possible. I did on a couple of occasions but I always worked to get back below it again ASAP.

I think when I eventually get to 126 though, I'll allow myself 2 lb either way, so 124-128.

Robsia, I just read through the posts on this thread... oh my goodness, I am so intrigued with your cookie bowl idea! Please post pictures when you finally make it, I'm dying to see how it turns out.

As for me, I've been stuck at 154 for what seems like ages (though it's actually more like 10 days). I know exactly why I'm stuck... my darn affinity for peanut butter (especially when spooned onto a piece of dark chocolate). I'm going to have to stay away from it for a while and see if I can't get myself into the 140's before summer.

Sorry to hear 'bout the cookie bowl.

I had an unexpected ham dinner today with my in-laws - fortunately I'd had a really small lunch, so should still come in ok on calories for the day if I can make it until bedtime with just a small snack.
