Question 4 weeks until my honeymoon!

So, I've lost 5 pounds in March, and we leave for our honeymoon on April 26th, so that gives me 4 weeks to lose another 5 pounds or so. I'm feeling great and really motivated! Does anybody have any tips that have worked for them in the final push like this?

No tips, as I have not made it there yet, but just wanted to say congratulations! I am also trying to lose my last 10lbs prior to my wedding in August. Where are you going on your honeymoon?

Good luck!

Great Job!

I recently hit a rough spot and not losing any weight. I went low carb last week...with absolutely no alcohol at all (I love a glass of wine with dinner!) and lost 3 pounds. That is the most I have lost in one week EVER!!

I excersise daily and lift weights 3 times per week too.

Keep at it!

Must be exciting looking forward to a honeymoon that's only 17 days away! (yes i did the math) lol

All I can recommend is that you do exactly what you have been doing or even better. Make sure you're eating enough, exercise like you have been, and stay away from the alcohol, junk food, and easter chocolate.

Have fun!!!
