Wow, thanks for the replies. With hard work and determination, anything is possible. It all depends on how bad you want it, and the sacrifices your willing to make
LMAO! Small world! I wish I would have known about the Omega 3's spewing from that fish. It was really sad, besides the diabetes I was going through, but we had just visited the Museum of Science and Industry (King Tut exhibit), wanted to go the Planitarium, but I could not make that long (1/2 mile or so walk). I gotta share your picture with my brother (my cameraman), he'll get a kick out of it!
Wow, that is so inspiring. It makes me feel empowered, because I know I have far less to lose than you do, but if you could do it, I know I can! You just have to be determined that you WILL do it, regardless of what it takes.
I took a minute to look over your blog. Wow. Your story is very inspiring. I also find most of your advice on the blog SPOT ON. Thank you for posting that and best of luck (i.e. all your hard work and dedication to staying fit) in your continued journey.
Thanks for coming to 3fc's and posting your story here ~ I read your entire blog -- there is so much helpful info on there; and I came away with some much-needed practical tips and new ideas. This has a been a long haul for me and I'm not near finished, but my persistence is paying off as I just lost another 7 lbs, breaking a long plateau. I found your story not only inspiring, but very helpful ... thanks again!
