Strawberries! I cut up a 1 lb box (my store has had them on sale lately) and munch them throughout the day. They never last longer than a day.

Bananas

Dry Cheerios

If you cut up a potato into shoestring sized strips and shake them in a ziploc bag with 1/2 tsp of e.v.o.o. and bake them they resemble fries just enough to make me happy

I eat snacks all day long, no standard traditional meals.

Recently I like:
  • Plain yogurt mixed with sugar free syrups and topped with wheat germ. MMM! I eat a quart of plain yogurt a day, love it.
  • Grilled veggies on the Foreman for a quick bite. Just spice them, wrap them in foil and plop in for a few minutes.
  • Hard boiled eggs and/or hard boiled egg whites
  • Raw veggies, any type
  • Egg whites, cream cheese, salsa and a low carb tortilla
  • Chicken breasts are super easy on the Foreman and super low calorie at 110 for 4 ounces. More satisfying than most 'snacks'.
  • Sugar free Jello powder mixed with cottage cheese. Lime sort of tastes like Key Lime pie.
  • Can o' tuna, sardines or herring
  • Cheese! I don't care what kind, as long as it's not fat free. Bring it on!
  • If I've gone over calorie budget and am still hungry Miso Soup is cool. Salty, but nice.

Some days I like to graze all day, so these snack suggestions will be great.

But now I'm hungry!

Popcorn. I always have it in the house. I also like the jello pudding cups. In the summer i love berries. Cottage cheese is good, as is greek yogurt. Cereal too, i don't eat this for breakfast because its not filling enough, but for a small snack its good. Bars - Luna and cliff bars are my favs.

Right now I'm digging sunflower seeds, to my partners chagrin.
