Starbucks has a "short" - it's 8 oz You have to ask for it, it's not up on the big board. My friend always gets a short.

My big gripe is Jamba Juice. Their small is 16 oz and no child size! I don't need THAT much juice! Now my boyfriend gets a big one, we get an extra cup and he just pours a little into my cup.

I have gone to the starbucks near my house and I believe they have a mini size also- I usually get their Jamba light stuff in the smallest size- less than 200 calories if I remember correctly (I haven't gone in like a year).

My husband is not yet trained. He made dinner the other night, when I got home from work he had the kids eating bacon, fried eggs and hash browns ( no he cannot cook anything but that!). I had a bowl of cereal Ha

Cheesy hot dogs with baked beans (from a can)

Today I'm making dinner- chicken and asparagus lol.

Hey, I'm new to this forum but I love it so far.

My hubby is getting pretty well trained. Saving labels and waiting for me to weigh stuff before he goes at it. <3 It really helps to have that support.

He only complains a little.

I also got him to take his cookies to work instead of keeping them in the house. It is so much easier to avoid temptation when it isn't staring you in the face! Too bad he won't give up the constant supply of ice cream...

I know what you mean - You really have to check the packaging every time. I do have to laugh at my friend though - one of them was going on that the packet of sweets she was eating was 99% fat free - mmm 100% sugar though love - bless her.

Totally off the subject - but I'm sooooo over salads! I think I'm going to turn into a rabbit. Any sugestions for quick easy lunches under 250 calories??
