Have the same issue here, so lately, if I am really hungry, I have a piece of fruit and some tea; and drink some water, but keeping my hands busy does help a lot. I am also going to bed earlier too.

I'm still struggling with that one but tonight I ate an apple and it's 1130(ish) and I'm looking for my snack...again. I find a sugar free popsicle helps me curb that snack attack. Only 25 cals and no fat...and it keeps my hands busy and tricks my mouth and stomach too.

I'm a night owl...snacking on the equivalent to a full meal at night was common, it's a tough habit to break! Stay strong...you can do it!!

Okay...i didn't do as bad last night with the snacking while waiting on dinner but i did still snack. I started off with a pre-planned pack of popcorn, then it was a helping of lays chips with french onion dip, and then like 5 animal cookies. After dinner was over, i only had 2 bites of this "to die for" chocolate cake. Normally i eat a whole small slice. So, i think i did better. Tonight i am throwing the last slice of cake so i don't eat it.
