I'm still struggling with that one but tonight I ate an apple and it's 1130(ish) and I'm looking for my snack...again. I find a sugar free popsicle helps me curb that snack attack. Only 25 cals and no fat...and it keeps my hands busy and tricks my mouth and stomach too.
I'm a night owl...snacking on the equivalent to a full meal at night was common, it's a tough habit to break! Stay strong...you can do it!!
