I just couldn't do it three days in a row.
Man oh man do my thighs feel it today. I am not sure if this is a workout that should be done every day
(that's how i justify not doing it)I think I need to give my muscles a day off.
I will say Monday and Tuesday night were the best night sleep that I have had for a long time.
