Started today! my upper body is KILLING me. I hope I stay motivated for the next 29 days!
anyone losing weight/seeing results yet?

I did a pitiful modified Anita version. My upper body is sooo week. I had to do my pushups on the wall the first time through.
This time I am doing them on the floor and can even pump out 8 Natalie style pushups before I have to go to my knees! 

I cannot believe the changes in my body the first time through. I went from a size 16 to a size 12 jeans...


UGH! Seems like I'll never get through the Natalie version of this level! But I did get ill the way through without stopping!
