Zenor, sometimes I sautee the mushrooms, but I love fresh mushrooms on my salad, and they go bad QUICK!

The big key is making sure produce is dry. That's true with the green bags, too. So do your best to get them dry before you put them in the fridge. That helps so much. Don't wash anything until right before you use it.
