Hi Vickie

Since I'm on the core plan I don't feel hungry at all.

The flex plan was a different story. My leader kept on telling me that i should stay around 20 pts along with the 35 addition for the week. I always finished my 20 points by dinner time[12n] and had to tip into my additional 35 for my supper & snacks.

But being on the core plan I hardly use all of my 35WPA's I usually leave 1/2 of them per week.

Thanks for you help

Hugs

I made it tonight but cut the recipe down because I didn't know if I'd want a lot of leftovers. It was excellent. I added brown rice when it was done and stirred it into the sauce. Yummy! I might add crushed red pepper next time just because we like foods spicy.

I baked it in our toaster oven in a throw away 8x8 container. I also broiled it for 10 minutes toward the end. The chicken was tender and tasty.

I highly recommend this recipe.

Okey dokey! Thank you chick for the review. I think Jim and I will have this for dinner tomorrow. We will also add the crushed red pepper because we like spicy orange chicken from Panda. That's what I've been imagining when I read the recipe. I thought I'd also throw in some pea pods and water chestnuts. Do you think there is enough sauce for that?

I also had brown rice with my sticky chicken. Just forgot to post it.

Vickie, I think there's plenty of sauce. Pea pods and water chestnuts sound wonderful. Wish I'd thought of them.

I may have to stir them in later because they might singe in the broiler. Maybe I could warm them.....in with the brown rice. I'll have to ponder this.
