Up .5 and very annoyed, i was on plan all week, only went over points once and that was the first day of the week! but im not making excuses for myself, i just need to look back over my food and sort it out. (also, my leader said pleuresy makes you retain water on your lungs so she put a bit of it down to that. still, its no excuse!)
