I would like to think that it is NEVER too late. I am about to turn fifty...it had better not be! Sometimes I feel that no matter how careful I am, just when I am getting in the groove of a program something goes wrong. This time it is tendonitis in my right arm, which isn't helpful when you are doing a weight training program. So I do know the feeling of just, and sometimes NOT staying ahead of the problems.
But, I do hope, that as I soldier on, things will get better. Something I read said that for every pound you lose, you take four pounds of stress off your knees and hips. so keep on going...do your best, it is NEVER too late!
