Did you actually binge, or did you just eat the whole thing at one time and feel heavy and full afterwards? I think binging and overeating are essentially different, though they have some similarities. Imo, finishing off an entire sandwich isn't necessarily binging (even a 700 cal one), especially if you ate it because you were genuinely hungry and hadn't eaten so much earlier in the day.

KLK - It may not have been a binge in the true sense of the word. I was genuinely hungry, and I overate (and I paid for it - I felt so sick last night). But mentally it FELT like binging, because I knew what I was eating wasn't the best choice for me, and I knew that I was eating more than I would need to feel satisfied, but in the moment I just didn't care. I just wanted to eat and eat and eat. And afterwards, I felt guilty.
Either way, it's not a healthy way to eat. I just want to nip this behavior in the bud before it becomes a habit.
