Should the new starting weight be the current weight to start or the starting weight from the last challenge? Help. lol.
your SW will be what you weighed in at today....your CW will also be what you weighed in at today....and your GW should be 5 lbs less than that
e.g.
SW: 242
CW: 242
GW: 237
but say tomorrow if I weigh in at 243..I will change the CW to 243...your CW is the only weight that will change during the challenge...and when your current weight matches your GW or better then you hit your 5 lb mark and if you hit it before anyone else then you get to start the next 5lb challenge!!
Well this one's starting off on the wrong foot! I posted me SW as the last weight I was on the scale, maybe I should have waited till the morning, haha..
Hey Babygal - No time frame here....you just log in and post your weight as often as you like...daily, every other day, weekly....whatever...and the first person to lose 5 lbs wins ....they get kudos from us and they get to start the next 5 lb challenge which would be challenge number 19....
I didn't drink but one or two cups of water yesterday so I am hoping that I am just retaining some and hopefully I can lose some more tomorrow! I was really hoping to be down at 162 by the end of the month. Fingers crossed.

Well, I've been eating non-stop since Friday, so I'm up from my low weight on the last challenge. Does that make sense? Doesn't matter; it stinks. But I do love a fresh challenge!!

We've got houseguests coming tomorrow, so I'm really going to have to be careful this week.
I didn't weigh myself this morning because I stayed overnight at ' the camp '. It was a nice hike in and i'm proud of myself cause I didn't eat any unhealthy BBQ hotdogs.. as much as I wanted to! hehe
