Today I skipped my orange and had laughing cow cheese on 2 wheat crackers instead... AGAIN. Blahh.

Hiding the crackers and having one of those delicious looking oranges tomorrow, dammit!

I like this idea. Hubby was trying to be thoughtful yesterday and brought me home a huge fried chicken breast from the grocery store. I had to eat it. I even ate the greasy skin. Fried chicken breast is one of my favorite things in the world. I had already had a healthy lunch.

There isn't a way for me to make it only postable on Mondays. The only way I could do that, would be to start the thread first thing on Mondays, and close it at the end of the day.

Let's just see how it goes for now...if we need to do it later, I can change it to a weekly thread-but it will be postable all week.

I'm having Thai food for lunch. It's my favorite food other then sweet stuff. I tried to get an idea of the calories but I have a feeling I'll be a little bit over. But I only get Thai once every few months so I'll allow myself the little splurge. Plus the class I take at the gym today is a high calorie burner.

I've been good the last few days. I am not going to count Saturday or Sunday though because of where/what I'll be doing it would be impossible to count. I WILL WILL WILL eat healthy though! Well, I might eat a cookie, because I am making some for some other people, I usually have one, and I excuse it. If I eat more than one then I make myself record them ALL. So that's my motivation. You girls are so wonderful and keep your chins up! We'll all get through the bad days!!

Thumbs down Fell off the wagon and got ran over!

I think I fell off the wagon and got ran over this week. This was one of the worst weeks ever (even though I didn't gain any weight...thank God). I'll just give a day by day...much easier.

M: Asian buffet (BAD BAD BAD...only had one small plate though)
T: Baked fish (good) with chicken fried rice (errrrr)
W: Mexican (at least I had chicken fajitas)
T: Chicken, carrots, 1/2 serving hashbrowns
F: Mexican (one small burrito) with some guacamole
S: Pizza (2 1/2 pieces) (does it help that one had lettuce and tomato on it??)
S: Ribs and salad

PS I did work out almost every day, so small pat on the back for that and a big kick in the rear for the food.

Ate cheetos Sat night and wheat thins last night. Was ok w/Sats. choice because I planned for it but the wheat thins (like munching out of the box eating)? Oy, what was I thinking? Worked hard all Sun. afternoon outside (removing and tranplanting shrubs and weeding/yard work) but still. Sticking to 1400 the next few days.

Ooh Irish, I didn't know this thread existed. I am so glad you started one. Hmm....all of last week was a big calorie sin. LOL!
Ok so on Friday, I went to an Asian Buffet, and felt like crap afterwards. I swore it off for good. It was so gross!

On Saturday, I had a coke float, and enjoyed it immensly.

On Sunday, I had a Danish and a Croissant, and a big bowl of spaghetti. Yikes! Ok, I am done confessing my calorie sins.

I'm just eating and eating and eating.....I've just been out of control.

Last night, I had it ALL planned out. To finish off my health-food filled day, I was going to have a slice of turkey on a mini whole wheat flatout wrap with laughing cow cheese spread on it. ...Until my family decided to get food ordered and one of them had too many fried shrimp to eat, so they offered me some. I had the 3 fried shrimp instead.

Ok, so it's not like I even got remotely close to going over calories or anything, but I still felt bad about eating the fried-in-grease option instead of the healthy option that I had planned out. Bleh.
