April Confessions

I thought it would be neat to start a confessions thread. If you eat something or do something that makes you feel guilty and you want to confess you can do so here :)

my first confession I ate a peanutbuster parfait yesterday and then at a dutchie donut today :(

Ooh, I like the idea of this thread. xD
Yesterday, I opted not to have an orange and ate more laughing cow cheese on crackers instead :o

If we confess are we pardoned of our food sins;)

I ate a hot dog last night...after dinner. I only ate one though but still not the healthiest of dessert choices

I didn't deviate from my whole foods plan, but did eat more than I should have yesterday and breaking my whole foods plan was very tempting with thoughts of the pound cake, ice cream sandwich and chips in the kitch. I have been home from work (taking a mental break) and am bored to tears.

Last night I went out to dinner with my bf and planned to have BBQ chicken, which I figured would be pretty healthy. Then I saw they had french fries with BBQ pulled pork on them...So, we got those as an appetizer! That was the unhealthy end to my very healthy day! Oh well, they were delicious!

Had a mini hershey's bar this morning. Couldn't pass up the free chocolate, but the good news I only had one so that's maybe 40-45 calories. Could have been much worse!

I was very bad on Saturday night - had some cake at a party, followed up by an M&M laden cookie.

Back on the wagon since yesterday, though!

I really like the idea of this thread as well. If you ladies don't mind, I would like to edit it a bit, and make it a monthly thread.

There used to be a similar thread a couple years ago like this, and it was called Pigs Anonymous. :D

Well...I've been shoveling food like no tomorrow since last week...auughhh
I've been raiding the snack machine at work, and just having a hard time lately for some reason. I've started a blog to help me get myself back on the right track. Yesterday I had a bag of sunchips & 3 macaroons which at least wasn't as bad as days prior.....

Ugh, couldn't resist last night and gave in and had some M&Ms. One serving but its still 200 cals I didn't need. They sure tasted good though!

Hey SkinnyGina -- nuwom (nuwom) LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!

I pigged out on pizza last night. Doesn't happen often thank goodness. Back on track now. I'm just so darn hungry now that I'm exercising more. Grrrr.

MindiV 04-09-2008 03:54 PM

I had about an entire serving (about 18!!!) of those Robin's Eggs...the Easter version of a malted milk ball. 200 calories...

I took a day off Saturday but then counted the calories up and they were about 2000, so then I took Sunday off. Bad me. I was acting more maintenance.

CatWuv 04-09-2008 04:43 PM

I fell off the wagon with a major thud and feasted on pizza and wine last night. I did it out of boredom and because I could since everyone was out of the house but me. Now I have major remorse but am trying to stay the course and learn from my bump in the road.

Hey Aphil, could you make it a weekly thread instead of a monthly thread? Maybe set it up so we could post just on Mondays? (don't know how these things work :)). A Monday thread would help keep us accountable on the weekends.
