Unless I'm missing something (since I am in a hurry), it looks to me like you have cut too much fat from your diet. I would try to have 2-3 pts per day of "real fat" things...like: 1Tsp reg. mayo or margarine or butter or oil. or 1 T sliced almonds (on your salad is good) or 1T regular salad dressing.

I know this doesn't sound like it makes sense, and it took me a very long time to believe my leader and add in fat. My body really holds onto weight when it is not receiving enough "real fat". When I am carefully budgeting every point, I tend to eat a very lowfat diet.

Add some protein and fat to your diet. Fat free foods are loaded with sugar, and depending on the individual, sugar can make you hungry. If your points allow, have a few nuts as a snack. I buy roasted soy bean nuts, 1 oz. = 2 pts. When I have them, I also have some water and that fills me up. Try some s/f jello, or f/f, s/f pudding with some Cool Whip. Also, in one of the brochures WW gave me when I joined has this great recipe where you put f/f whipped topping on 2 chocolate graham cracker squares and freeze them. 1 "ice cream sandwich" = 1 pt. They are really delicious. Hope this helps.

Hi! I have a great recipe given to me by a WW leader. It is a 0 point vegetable casserole and has become a staple for me. Cook a spaghetti squash in the microwave. While it is cooking, saute onions and garlic in a skillet with Pam. Dice up any veggies you like. I use all different color peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms. Saute those with the onions until soft. Add one can of stewed tomatoes. When the squash is cooked, spray a casserole with Pam and scrape the spaghetti squash into the casserole. This becomes the base. Pour the veggie/tomato mixture on top. Put into the oven and bake. I do it at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Everything is already cooked but it gives the flavors a chance to mix. It is great. I sometimes reheat some just as a snack. Hope this helps with the pangs. I've lost 27 pounds since May.

Also eat high fiber foods - look at at the labels on your breads (highly recommend natural ovens bread - do you live in the midwest?)

Are you drinking your fruits or eating them? Eating them will leave you more satisfied.

Try new foods - I am in love with Turkey bacon (3 Slices for 1 point)

Laughing cow cheese - one wedge 1 point
sf jello - I eat that when I'm hunry and have no points

skinny cows icecream - lower on point - most are only 2 points

want starch? pretzels

try Kashi cereal - I love the "heart to heart" (2 points) a lot of people like "to good friends" 1 point

I add veggies to sandwich and eggs - red peppers and onions - yummy!
egg whites!!!!! 1 point

I agree with peanut butter - filling and satisfying

put most of your meals on a "bed of lettuce"
soups are perfect for this time of the year - leave it in the fridge all week - it's ready when you're hungry

I drink low cal high calicum hot chocolate - only 25 calories - o points! and it counts as a milk

I hope that maybe one of these ideas help ...
