Well, it is reassuring to read that I am not the only one having this problem! I do the same thing...UGH. Start the day off GREAT but if I get BORED or TIRED it seems my appetite goes berserk & I cannot get full. I constantly munch yet nothing 'hits the spot'. *sigh* I started the day off soooo wel today. Then 5 pm hit & I went nutso with the food. Good grief.

I can sympathise with you totally on this. It's so difficult when the people around you are ordering pizzas/take aways at 3am whilst sitting on the sofa watching tv. Why do these people not seem to put on weight!!! Stress is also a big factor, i agree. So little time, so many things to do, no time to cook, order a takeaway. It's a vicious cycle. Although when i first moved to uni i lost 2 stone due to depression. But i never want that to happen again
